Lartey & Co Solicitors are delighted to confirm that on the 20th January 2021, our client Mr Patyrk Pachecka's conviction for murder has been quashed by the Court of Appeal, a retrial has now been ordered.
The Conviction was quashed following information obtained by our legal team who led the appeal.
