Scarlett plays an essential role within our London criminal defence team, working closely with clients on cases in the Magistrates’ Court and assisting our solicitors on complex matters before the Crown Court. She is dedicated to ensuring that every case is thoroughly prepared and that clients receive clear communication and full support throughout the legal process.

 

Scarlett is actively involved in all stages of case preparation from gathering and analysing evidence to drafting legal documents and maintaining regular contact with clients to keep them informed and reassured. Working alongside our criminal defence solicitors and barristers, she ensures every detail is handled with precision and care.

 

Scarlett is currently training to become a qualified Police Station Representative, enabling her to advise and assist clients from the very earliest stages of a criminal investigation  including during interviews at the police station. She will soon begin her training contract with the firm, with the goal of qualifying as a criminal defence solicitor and continuing to build her career advocating for clients facing criminal allegations in London and beyond.
